Why ReLoop exists
A simple example
A shop may have extra cardboard boxes it no longer needs. Someone nearby may be buying new boxes for a move. ReLoop connects those needs, so usable boxes can be passed on instead of discarded. This is an example, not a recorded exchange.
Our mission
Reduce avoidable waste, encourage reuse and support local communities by making it easier to give useful things a second life. Poorly managed waste can pollute land, water and air. Reuse is a practical first step, not a promise that ReLoop alone solves pollution.
How the community works

List a safe, usable item as Free or Exchange. Add your own clear photos, its condition and a general pickup area.

Post what you need, or browse available items before buying something new. Someone may already have it.

Connect & Reuse
Send a request, agree a safe handover and coordinate with the other participant. Record it only after it happens; verified handovers require both participants to confirm.
What we believe
Reuse first
Reuse and repair before recycling. When reuse is unsafe or impossible, follow local recycling and safe-disposal guidance; hazardous items are not casual exchange listings.
Honest photos & descriptions
Show the actual item and describe damage, missing parts and limitations. Do not use stock photos to represent your listing.
Respectful communication
Be considerate, keep arrangements clear and respect the other person's time and privacy.
Safe handovers
Use general areas publicly, not exact home addresses. Arrange a suitable meeting, check the item and never share unnecessary personal details.
Free or Exchange — no sales
The current core version has no sale, checkout or payment feature. Agree a free handover or a mutually acceptable exchange.
